In 2008 we had our first baby, and I have been blessed with the new job title of stay-home momma…and what a job it is! Over the past 9 months that I’ve been at home, I’ve been able to get back into graphic design. I found that I wanted some particular things in the announcement and invitation department that I just couldn’t find online. I wanted to add scripture, or wanted to use a landscape picture instead of a portrait…that type of thing. I figured, you know…I think I could do that myself! I started with doing some wall art for the nursery, then baby announcements, and then announcements for a few of our good friends. Then I did a few party invitations, and just recently did a round of Christmas cards. I have LOVED getting back into designing, and have decided to pursue it as a small business. And so…Punkin Prints is born! Everything is customized for you…I would love to get to the point one day where I have a large collection of designs for the customer to choose from…but right now we are starting from scratch! So if you have any kind of need, be it printed announcements, something to email, or something to hang on your baby’s wall…I’m your gal!
